By welcoming you back to our apartments in Playa de Palma, we are committed to providing you with a clean environment that follows the protocols of experts in order to work to defeat COVID-19. We rigorously apply the health and safety recommendations of the national administration, in addition to those of the WHO. We actively monitor and continually refine our solutions, to focus on the safety of our guests and employees. We have the collaboration of Biolinea to carry out audits and all the necessary analyzes to ensure the hygiene of the facilities.











We have created a new protocol to face the new challenges to combat COVID-19 with the recommendations of the Institute for Spanish Tourist Quality (ICTE), in which we have innovated in our new cleaning standards to adapt to new circumstances . Additional cleaning and hygiene measures have been implemented, adjusted to operational processes, redistributed spaces, modified capacity and redesigned processes to reduce contact between customers and employees as much as possible.

CHECK-IN EXPRESS . Anticipation of the client's reservation data via our application, email and telephone to minimize contact and avoid paper deliveries.

  SCREENS IN HOTEL RECEPTIONS . Separation screens and hydro-alcoholic solution are installed.

KEYS AND SIGNATURE PROTOCOL . Objects such as pens, apartment or car keys and dataphone will be disinfected after their exchange.

SECURITY CORNER FOR CUSTOMERS. We have included hydro-alcoholic solution at the entrance of the hotel and for your peace of mind we will maintain adequate ventilation.

All apartments undergo ventilation systems treatment after the departure of each guest and before the entry of the next person.

ROOM ASSEMBLY. The apartment is delivered with the necessary clean bedding and towels.

NEW AMENITIES. We have included kits of safety amenities such as a mask, hydro alcohol gel. POSTER WITH PROTOCOLS.   You will be able to find informative material on good practices in prevention to reduce the risk of contagion.

Before the reopening of all our spaces, a total disinfection of all hotel surfaces, both exterior and interior, is carried out.

CLEANING AND DISINFECTION PROTOCOL. The frequency of cleaning and disinfection of the common areas of hotels, reception desks, elevators, doors, bathrooms, etc. has increased.

OUTDOOR SECURITY CORNER. We have included a hydroalcoholic solution and a glove dispenser at the entrance of the hotel and for your peace of mind we will replace or keep the doors open as much as possible to ensure proper ventilation.

POSTER WITH PROTOCOLS. Reinforcement of the signage with communication protocols.

WATER TREATMENT. We have reinforced the daily controls following the marked maintenance and cleaning protocol of all our facilities. The virus is not spread by swimming pool water, as long as it is well treated with chlorine.

CAPACITIES. We have increased the solarium and enabled new rest areas to ensure that all our clients have enough space to relax and feel safe. Garden furniture is continuously disinfected after each use.

FACE MASK. The use of a mask is not mandatory in the pool and solarium.

SOLARIUM AND CHILL-OUT. Disinfection of the loungers in the pool, solarium and common areas daily with biocides and each time the guest changes.
